The hotel rooms were spacious with a separate kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, and a huge balcony, making it a comfortable stay for families. The service, especially from the team members such as Hannagh, Nella, Juan, Pedro, and King John, was incredibly attentive and helpful. The location was a bit out of the way but offered excellent amenities within the hotel. The dining experience had some underwhelming aspects, but the succulent steaks were a standout. The facilities provided were well-maintained and satisfying.
